A week in Santa Teresa hosted by Nora & Noah. Coached surf, yoga, shared meals and a house full of new friends.
We wanted to create the kind of week we would want to join ourselves. Surfing, warm mornings, shared meals, movement, new friends and enough free time to actually experience Santa Teresa.
Whether you're completely new to surfing or already have experience, this week is about progressing, having fun and sharing it with a really good group of people.

One price for the week. Flights and travel to Santa Teresa are not included, but we'll help you plan the route.

And plenty of free time to surf more, lie by the pool and enjoy Santa Teresa.

Half Norwegian, half Argentinian and raised in Costa Rica. Noah grew up around the ocean and now represents the Norwegian national surfing team. He knows the waves, surf culture and lifestyle here incredibly well, and one of the reasons for creating this week is to show you the Costa Rica he grew up with and loves.

Half Norwegian, half Danish and completely in love with surfing. Nora is a retired rhythmic gymnast with the dance line from upper secondary school behind her, and she finished her yoga teacher training in Ecuador in January 2026. She loves bringing people together through travel, movement and shared experiences, and she'll lead the yoga sessions.
@nordahlnora on InstagramNoah was born in Bergen, Norway, and moved to Costa Rica when he was around two. He grew up in the surf town of Playa Hermosa, Jacó, and has been coming to Santa Teresa since he was little — he'll happily tell you it's the best town in Costa Rica. He knows these waves, the waterfalls, the viewpoints and where to eat.
Nora is a retired rhythmic gymnast and studied the dance line at upper secondary school in Norway, so she has spent most of her life learning how the body moves. She completed her yoga teacher training in Ecuador in January 2026.
That background shapes her classes: plenty of anatomy, mobility and body awareness, so you leave feeling strong and moving well — whether it's your first sun salutation or your thousandth. She leads the yoga sessions through the week, and they're for every level.

Right in Santa Teresa. Spacious rooms with private bathrooms, shared kitchens, a pool and plenty of space to hang out. Rooms are shared, and we'll arrange everyone as thoughtfully as possible.

Not at all. Everyone is welcome, whether you've never touched a surfboard or you've surfed for years. When you apply, tell us your level and we'll build coaching groups so everyone progresses at their own pace. Our local coaches know these waves and work with every level.
Absolutely. You don't need to know anyone before coming. A big part of this week is bringing people together, and joining solo should feel just as natural as coming with a friend.
No. Santa Teresa Surf Week is open to everyone aged 18+.
Rooms are shared, and depending on the room allocation you may share a double bed with another guest. Every room has its own private bathroom and some have their own kitchen. We'll do our best to make arrangements comfortable for everyone.
Plenty. We don't want every hour scheduled. There's time to surf more, relax by the pool, explore Santa Teresa, grab a coffee, go to the beach or simply do your own thing.
We include 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 dinners, made with simple, fresh and healthy ingredients. For the other meals we'll head out together and explore Santa Teresa's food scene, from local Costa Rican sodas to cafés and restaurants from all over the world.
No, but we'll help. The fastest route is usually a flight into San José or Liberia, then a short domestic flight to Cóbano and a 30-minute drive. You can also take a shuttle, bus or rental car: about 6 hours from San José or 4.5 hours from Liberia.
Yes. All guests need valid travel insurance for the whole trip, covering surfing and the other activities you'll take part in.
