Booking Terms & Conditions

The total price is USD 1,400 per person.

Full payment is required to secure your spot. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed by NORDAHL STUDIO.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions.

The package includes:

• 7 nights accommodation at The Baya House, Santa Teresa
• 4 days of surf coaching
• 3 yoga classes
• 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 dinners
• Group activities specified in the published trip programme

Flights, transportation to and from Santa Teresa, travel insurance, personal expenses and anything not specifically listed as included are not included in the price.

You may cancel your booking at any time before the start of the trip by notifying NORDAHL STUDIO in writing.

A reasonable cancellation fee may apply to cover costs and commitments associated with your booking that cannot reasonably be recovered. The amount will depend on the timing of your cancellation and costs saved as a result of the cancellation.

Any rights you have to cancel without a cancellation fee under applicable Norwegian package travel legislation will still apply.

The trip requires a minimum of 10 participants.

If the minimum number is not reached, NORDAHL STUDIO may cancel the trip. Participants will be notified no later than 15 December 2026, and payments for the package will be refunded in accordance with applicable Norwegian package travel legislation.

If NORDAHL STUDIO otherwise needs to make significant changes to or cancel the trip, your applicable rights under Norwegian package travel legislation will apply.

All participants must have valid and comprehensive travel insurance for the entire duration of the trip.

Your insurance must provide appropriate coverage for surfing and other activities included in the trip, illness and injury, medical treatment, cancellation and travel disruption.

It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that their insurance provides adequate coverage. By booking, you confirm that you will have appropriate travel insurance in place before departure.

Surfing and other physical activities involve inherent risks.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information about their swimming ability, surfing experience, injuries, medical considerations or other circumstances relevant to safe participation.

Participants must follow safety instructions provided by surf coaches and other activity providers.

Accommodation at The Baya House is shared.

Depending on room allocation, participants may share a room and/or double bed with another participant. Room allocation will be organised before arrival.

Participants are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting applicable entry, visa and health requirements for Costa Rica.
